We are currently looking for a candidate with strong knowledge/ exposure to qualitative research. The candidate will be primarily responsible for working with commercial clients, government agencies and NGOs. He/ She will oversee the entire research process, deliverables, client engagement and consultancy. The job scope includes the following:


Job Responsibilities:

· Ensuring all deliverables meet client needs and generate strong insight and impact for clients’ business.

· Producing high quality research reports and actionable recommendation for clients.

· Working closely with the operation team to ensure proper co-ordination and completion of high-quality fieldwork.

· Delegates to team effectively, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure account responsibilities and deliverables are met at a high standard in agree timeline.


Job Requirements:

  • Proven Experience in Market research or Consumer Insights within agencies or end-users
  • Expertise in Brand Strategy and Qualitative research methodology.
  • At least 10 years of strong market research experience, especially in the use of advanced Qualitative research techniques.
  • Experience in leading a team and mentoring.
  • Strong communications and presentation skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Market Research, Marketing Science, Math, or a related analytical field.
