Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries.
- Oversee and manage the entire recruitment process, from pre-employment through onboarding.
- Monitor monthly employee turnover and take proactive measures to fill vacancies, ensuring staffing needs are consistently met.
- Process and manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Administer the full spectrum of payroll functions, including the filing of AIS, IRAS, and IR21.
- Verify payroll items and claims, among other related tasks.
- Prepare HR-related documents and letters.
- Manage and maintain necessary licenses, such as Liquor License, SFA, and others.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Undertake other HR duties as assigned by the Director.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant qualification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR work experience with good knowledge of HR legislation, policies and procedures
- Experienced in F&B industry is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management and priorities management skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and perform under pressure and tight deadlines
