Job Scope:
- Coordinate and schedule daily walkaround of managed spaces, maintains inspection documentations.
- Provide advisory to user during sighting of breach of rules and regulations.
- Escalate recalcitrant cases for enforcement action.
- Carry out approved sanctions or enforcement actions.
- Performs any necessary follow-up with other departments and hall staffs.
- Liaison with residents, staff and contractors on turnover progress, community concerns, and resolution of cleaning concerns identified during walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with colleagues within and outside of the Department to timely respond to and resolve the user’s request/feedback/complaints received via prevailing input avenues, e.g. through online service platforms, over-the-counter enquiries, emails, phone calls, etc
- Response to residents and resolve their requests/feedback/complaints received via prevailing avenues; ServiceNow, over the counter, emails, phone calls etc.
- Ensure that the preventive maintenance schedules are followed and that corrective actions are taken promptly.
- Functions a contact person for all repairs, maintenance and cleaning, as well as oversee renovations and projects within premises facilities including escorting the contractors when performing works.
- Site supervision to ensure compliance to safe work procedures by vendors.
- Monitor tickets and cases in the online service request portal. Assign unclaimed tickets/cases to appropriate fulfiller teams to complete. Assist to prepare trend analysis and data for management reporting
- Prepare advisories on scheduled maintenance and unscheduled works.
- Prepares work requisitions, purchase orders, for maintenance and improvement works, and certify works are completed in a satisfactory manner.
- Manage furniture and appliances inventory for residential facilities and makes purchasing recommendations and assists in ordering additional inventory as needed.
- Administration of the Housing Management System (HMS), to include data accuracy, coordinating program updates, and working towards continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma
- With relevant working experience
- Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management with the ability to multi-task well.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Working Hour: Monday to Thursday (8.30am -5.45pm) and Friday (8.30am – 5.15pm)
Salary: $3800 to $4500
Contract Duration: 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2024
