Job Responsibblities:
- Assist in cuisine preparations including the preparation of all ingredients
- Execute and maintain standard recipes, cooking techniques and presentation to assure consistency of quality and costs
- Involve in the overall planning of the business
- Recommend new and modern recipes
- Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean workstation end of each shift
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of work experience as a Chinese Cuisine Chef
- Possess with a broad spectrum of basic Chinese culinary techniques/ skillset
- Ability to work both fast and accurately
- Must possess a passion for customers
- Team player with good initiative
