Job Responsibilities:
- Non-Pressure Silver Sinter Paste Development and Application Validation from PDP G2 to G5
- Conducting High Pb and TIM1 paste application validation for product development from CD stage B to C
- Conducting Advanced package tacky flux application validation for product development from PDP G2 to G5
- High Pb paste CD project application test validation from Stage B to C
- Leading the Best-Known Methodology project for subject matter experts on High Pb product
- Collaborating on projects related to functional excellence.
- Support the Preventive maintenance of equipment and spare part inventory
Job Requirements:
- Degree in materials science and engineering, or chemistry
- At least 3 years relevant experience
