The Role:
Reporting to the Group Head, Renewable Feedstock Supply, you will be responsible for analysing and optimising supply chain processes to improve productivity and efficiency. You will be given an opportunity to work with our regional offices and multi-functional teams for process mapping and alignment.
Role Summary:
- Collate supply chain data resources, apply visual and analytical tools to access, extract and analyse data sets to improve supply chain performance and efficiency
- Perform analytical work for monthly KPI reporting
- Engage and collaborate with functional teams across Asia Pacific on process mapping, opportunity identification and alignment of existing and future value streams of business processes
- Develop, deploy, and supervise digital or automation projects to improve operations
- Supervise solution and process performance and propose corrective actions as the need arises
- Benchmark, explore within or outside Apeiron and implement relevant technology and best practices
- Apply change management processes to lead partners and users’ expectations throughout the lifecycle of projects
The Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Engineering or Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years a of relevant working experience in Supply Chain and Suppliers origination function
- Prior relevant experience in commodity industry is a big plus
- Proficient in advance excel and handling large data sets
- Experience in using data visualization tools like Power BI
- Knowledgeable in Supply Chain Processes and flow charts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner and able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
