- Position Title: Security Officer (Commercial Building)
- Working Location: Chulia Street
- Working Hours: 6 days (8.00 am-8.00 pm/8.00 pm-8.00 am)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary $3,000 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the commercial building premises to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
- Conduct regular security checks and clocking as per shift schedule.
- Control access to the building, check identification and issue passes to visitors.
- Observe and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Assist in emergencies, including fire alarms and evacuations.
- Conduct investigations and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Liaise with building management and tenants to address security concerns.
- Ensure compliance with building security protocols and regulations.
- Perform regular checks on security systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Provide excellent customer service to building occupants and visitors.

- Valid PLRD license.
- Prior experience in security, preferably in a commercial building setting.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations calmly.
- Basic knowledge of security systems and protocols.
- Customer service oriented.
- Physically fit and able to perform patrolling duties.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
