Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and prepares all cooking in the Indian kitchen.
- Prepares, cuts, cooks, arranges and serves the Indian cuisines as required.
- Controls cost by minimizing spoilage, waste and exercising portion controls.
- Handles machines, equipment and utensils the proper way and clean them after use.
- Follows established procedures and make suggestions for improvement.
- Responsible for presentation, taste and timeliness of sections production.
- To ensure compliance of hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Undertakes any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time.
