Chef (Indian Cuisine)

Shaan Cuisines Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and prepares all cooking in the Indian kitchen.
  • Prepares, cuts, cooks, arranges and serves the Indian cuisines as required.
  • Controls cost by minimizing spoilage, waste and exercising portion controls.
  • Handles machines, equipment and utensils the proper way and clean them after use.
  • Follows established procedures and make suggestions for improvement.
  • Responsible for presentation, taste and timeliness of sections production.
  • To ensure compliance of hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
  • Undertakes any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time.

  •  Passionate Individuals in Indian cuisines
