- Position Title: Technical Support Assistant
- Working Location: Pasir Ris
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 6.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + AWS + Overseas Allowances + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot various hotel guestroom appliances such as safes, minibars, kettles, hairdryers, irons, and clocks.
- Manage the entire spare parts inventory and improve inventory control processes.
- Handle technical issues for local and overseas hotel customers and generate investigation reports.
- Collaborate closely with certification and sales colleagues to address challenges.
- Participate in testing, evaluating, and implementing new products.
- Visits to overseas customers/distributors to provide technical support.

- A diploma or degree in electrical and/or mechanical engineering is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A hands-on, eager-to-learn, and progressive attitude.
