Job Purpose:
The Claims department focuses on providing an excellent customer experience, especially in health insurance. In this role, you'll help drive and improve the Third Party Claims Recovery process, engaging customers and financial consultants to promote its benefits and support health insurance recovery efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet daily targets by contacting policyholders to initiate claims recovery;
- Assist and guide policyholders through claim submissions;
- Persuade policyholders to proceed with the recovery process using effective communication;
- Ensure compliance with standard procedures during outbound and inbound calls;
- Track and document all call activities and outcomes;
- Address business and regulatory compliance risks and contribute to best practices;
- Complete any ad-hoc assignments from supervisors.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree; 1 year of insurance claims recovery or claims operations experience preferred;
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
- Organizational and time management skills;
- Knowledge of life insurance policies, regulations, and subrogation is a plus;
- Integrity, accountability, and a proactive approach to improvement.
