Job Description:
- Own and manage runbooks for systems and applications deployment across testing, rehearsals, and cutover;
- Facilitate data security reviews by gathering cross-team information;
- Coordinate with IT and engineering leads for cutover activity inputs;
- Organize cadence calls with stakeholders to track schedules and deliverables;
- Create integration maps between systems;
- Analyze business workflows, ensuring IT infrastructure supports them by reviewing architecture;
- Maintain documentation and progress reports for leadership visibility.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure setup (cloud/on-prem);
- Experience in IT systems migration (data and infrastructure);
- Familiar with data control and access control mechanisms;
- Experience with API/batch jobs and integration methods;
- Understanding of IAM authentication/authorization;
- Project management across cross-functional teams;
- Strong communication skills with remote teams;
- Insurance domain experience (preferred but not required).
