About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This role involves maintaining proper records, supporting documentation needs, and assisting with monthly reports and job monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Provide administrative support, including job monitoring and assisting with monthly closing activities.
- Offer documentation support, including follow-up on outstanding items.
- Assist in the compilation and preparation of monthly reports, ensuring timely submission.
- Maintain and update the database with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform any related duties as required and directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including vlookup) and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
