This candidate reports to the Head of Finance and will be handling Commission payment, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Infinitum Financial Advisory is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Income Insurance Limited, Singapore’s top composite insurer, and is licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
Responsibilities:
- Process the commission and incentives payment to financial advisors
- Preparing performance reports for financial advisors
- Supporting Accounts Payable and payment to vendors in accordance with company policies
- Managing Accounts Receivable including billing providers on monthly commission and incentive
- Credit control which monitors AR aging and following up on long outstanding payments
- Prepare month end Journal Entries in timely manner
- Perform monthly Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliation with schedules
- Ad-hoc assignment and improvement projects such as system UAT
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA, or equivalent with 2 to 3 years of working experience in similar role
- Must be proficient in Advanced Excel
- Positive working and learning attitude
- Experience with Xero will be an added advantage
- Self disciplined and motivated in a flexible hybrid work environment
