Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare final reports for Incoming, In-process and outgoing processes.
- Compile and ensure timely submission of Manufacturing Record Book (MRB).
- Verify external provider's documented information (Incoming or secondary processes).
- Investigate and prepare non-conformance reports.
- Implement and verify corrective actions and ensure compliance with requirements.
- Present NCR findings to Management and customer.
- Liaise with customers on Notification of Inspection schedule and Pre-production meeting.
- Conduct internal training and process improvement plan.
- Involve in quality audits (Internal or External).
- Assist QA Manager on all issues.
- Any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering. Preferably Mechanical.
- 3 years of working experience in oil and gas industry.
- Familiar with international codes and standards (ASME/ASTM/API).
- Understanding and interpretation of drawing.
- Knowledge in Welding, NDE, CMM and manual inspection will be added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
