The Process Assurance Team (PAT) within Global Market and Enterprise Technology (GMET) ensures compliance with the bank's System Development Methodology (SDM) by reviewing project deliverables and acting as a quality gate for SDM milestones. The role involves working with Project and Technical Delivery managers to maintain high-quality outputs.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce SDM process compliance and governance improvements;
- Conduct quality gate reviews for key SDM milestones (analysis, design, build, test, deployment);
- Perform walkthroughs and interviews to ensure process adherence;
- Report findings and provide consulting support for compliance;
- Support management reporting and other project initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in computer science/engineering or related field;
- 6-9 years of experience in IT process compliance audit or project management;
- Strong skills in communication, organization, analysis, and MS Office tools will be an advantage;
- Experience in IT risk management/security is a plus.
