Job Description:
- Plan, implement and review service provision to meet customer’s requirements.
- Conduct operational meeting and business reviews to customers of all level.
- Ensure engineers claims and timesheet are submitted timely.
- Able to communicate between engineers and customers.
- Taking down minutes during weekly/monthly meetings.
- Ensure a smooth staff onboarding and offboarding process.
- Determine new opportunities and business growth.
- Able to work alone or with teams to build new business. Taking lead on renewal and other new business.
- The Service Delivery Executive will work closely with their Engineer.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Ensure a organise workflow to meet customer time frames.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work independently
