Responsibilities:
· Manage the product quality from raw material to finish products for assigned customer account or project basis.
· Implement and improve the quality control from incoming inspection to outgoing inspection.
· Liaise with customer complain or any internal non-conformance, lead in problem solving & documentation & internal communication.
· Involve in related supplier audit and related customer audit.
· Organise NCMR/RMA/Purge/stop ship/SMO meeting when required.
· Meet quality objective set by management & comply to all QMS requirements.
· Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice.
· Train, assess and certify QA inspectors/ technicians as and when required.
· Participate in the Continuous Process Improvement Team.
· Analyse defect reported inhouse/ customer with Engineering and Production.
· Perform internal audit and quality system audit periodically.
· Determine the non-conformance of the product & raise purge orders.
· Issue RMA to customers.
· Assist Manager on other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical
· 1-2 years’ experience in QA functions.
· Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485 & Quality Analysis tool.
· Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office
· Good English (verbal and written) communication skills.
