Position: Operations Admin Coordinator/Executive
- Working Hour: Mon - Fri (5 days) 7.30am – 5.15pm
- Working Location: Woodlands Industrial Park
- Salary: $2,500 - $3,000
Job Requirements
- At least 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in admin co-ordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with Numbers and Technical Drawings.
- Familiarity with Singapore roads will be an advantage.
- Possess at least Diploma equivalent qualification
Job Description
- Assist in overseeing the daily administration of the Department.
- Provide administrative support to daily operations work.
- Administer Order Processing duties, including data entry and updating of records to system.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of measurement and installation works based on existing procedures and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant Departments in daily deployment of trucks and drivers.
- Assist in Vehicle Scheduling.
- Prepare drawings with/without using CAD software.
- Coordinate between different departments and sub-contractors to ensure order fulfilment and proper documentation and billing.
- Prepare full of documents including costing before passing over to other departments for processing.
- Perform verification of sub-contractor billings.
- Handle office administrative work like filing and scanning.
- All other job duties as assigned.
