Northmod is the investment and asset management firm and is part of the Equalbase Group, an integrated developer and investment management firm specialising in modern industrial and logistics real estate key cities in Asia Pacific and Europe.
The position
Investment analysts at Northmod will have the opportunity to work directly with senior management acquiring hands-on experience across the value creation process. They will be involved in the full cycle of investment and asset management including site acquisition, underwriting and due diligence, asset management and divestment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out financial modelling and feasibility studies
- Evaluate and structure real estate investment opportunities
- Manage the deal execution process including due diligence, structuring, negotiating, legal documentation, etc
- Analyse portfolio impact for each potential transaction
- Prepare presentations investment reports for stakeholders’ approval.
- Perform market analysis and research in Asia and Europe to assess opportunities and assist on the deal execution process.
- Support in portfolio reporting and fund management for assets under management, assets under development and pipeline reporting
- Support the deal sourcing, divestment, joint venture and underwriting of real estate investment opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in the real estate on buy or sell side
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written as well as verbal)
- Good quantitative skills and a strong foundation of finance and financial analysis
- Attention to details.
- Advance knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
