About the job:
- Coordinate the documentation, reviewing, and downloading of videos/media files into the SP Video Content Management System (VCMS) by work closely with academic staff.
- Maintain and oversee the cataloguing and archiving of videos, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with institutional guidelines and processes.
- Replace existing Teaching and Learning video-based content within the online lesson and SCORM lesson packages with VCMS-hosted media in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Working with Stakeholders to review/discuss revisions during video replacement.
- Ensure functionality of VCMS-hosted media in online lesson after media replacement and update.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications/experience in multimedia, digital learning content development or related field of study will be preferred though not mandatory.
- Able to use software related to work area such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience in Media Production and/or Graphic Design.
- Experience with e-learning software such as Articulate 360 and Camtasia would be an advantage but not mandatory.
- Work independently or in a team.
