- Plan for existing and future model introduction into Regional Markets
- Ensure each model’s technical specification conforms to individual markets regulations on Safety, Emissions, Fuel Consumption etc.
- Conduct studies within each Market to understand customer profiling, competitors, expectations and needs
- Analyse market data and align with markets on the product and sales direction
- Work closely with each distributor to plan the right model for their markets, build consensus on planning guidelines for Specs, Volume, competitive environment and launch timing.
- Monthly reporting/sharing on current sales and market situation
