Job Descriptions
- Handle general project administration duties and assist in the administrative tasks .
- To work closely with stakeholders and to take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from A&A or upgrading work activities. To handle complaints or feedback and take remedial actions.
- Conduct regular visit to the public, residents, occupiers in the vicinity and proximity of the A&A upgrading works.
- Manage the feedback and complaints from the household owners / tenants and public tactfully and render full support on all public relations matters related to the project team.
- Arranging and attending meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.
- Promote and to maintain good relationship with the public and stakeholders before and during the full period of A&A and improvement works.
- Document and maintain good filling, documentation and correspondence pertaining to the project.
- Assist and support Site Manager/ Project Manager on any ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE “A” Level or Diploma and above in any relevant discipline (Public Relations, Engineering, Facilities Management , Building , Communication etc).
- At least 2 years of working experience as PRO , Property Executive, Project coordinator or any relevant experience .
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good interpersonal skills and client facing with strong people orientation ability to build and develop positive relations with internal and external parties.
- Capable to communicating effectively in English, Chinese and another official language.
- Good team player and also able to work independently and possess positive working attitude.
