ob Responsibilities
- Assist management in maintaining contract logs for purchases, delivered shipments, and open requirements, with a specific focus on alcoholic beverages.
- Monitor contract terms and execution of contracts in accordance with beverage-specific agreements.
- Oversee vessel schedules, loading and discharging operations, and prepare laytime statements to ensure timely and efficient delivery of beverage products.
- Coordinate container deliveries, manage schedules, and monitor operations for container purchases, ensuring the safe and timely transportation of beverages.
- Control and manage full sets of shipping documents, quality certificates, and payments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of raw material purchase plans, stock development usage forecasts, supply projections, and inventory management, with a focus on maintaining optimal stock levels of alcoholic beverages.
- Participate in planning and fleet management, including managing the wholesale fleet, coordinating delivery routes, and ensuring efficient distribution of products to meet customer demand.
- Provide regular reports on the department's costs, fleet usage, and the effectiveness of 3PL (third-party logistics) warehouse management to support operational efficiency and cost control.
- Support supply chain management by coordinating with suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of ingredients and other raw materials essential for beverage production.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between supply chain operations, production schedules, and inventory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping operations, or beverage distribution would be advantageous but not essential.
- Self-motivated, hands-on, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
