- Accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports
- Provide day-to-day assistance and administrative support to Finance department
- Accounts reconciliation
- Perform general administrative & clerical duties
- Answer phone call & reply emails
- Assist with month-end close processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
