Responsibilities
- To manage facility operations by implementing quality standards and procedure for preventive and corrective maintenance works
- To lead facility team comprising technical officers, supervisors, technicians, and service providers
- To provide advisory and troubleshooting for technical difficulties and recommend corrective actions to take
- To analyse maintenance data and manage performance of service providers in their service delivery
- To advise on maintenance and repair scope of works to client where necessary
- To work with safety officer to review compliance on regulatory and organisational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience (for Degree Holder), or 5 years relevant experience (for Diploma Holder)
- He / She should possess strong technical knowledge in building and M&E maintenance and is capable of leading the facilities team to meet client’s expectations and service levels.
