Our client is an European Industrial and Engineering MNC, currently looking to hire a strong Finance talent with strong experience in managing migration of Finance function to a shared service set up outside of Singapore.
Required: Experience in migrating Finance function to an in-house Shared Service set-up. SAP experience mandatory.
Budget
SGD 10,000 to 12,000 x 13 months + Bonus
Requirements
- Degree or ACCA qualified
- Solid experience in Accounting, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in handling similar projects to migrate finance function to a shared service set up outside of Singapore
- Experience in putting in place proper controls and processes relating to migration of finance to shared services
- SAP exposure is a must
- Traits: Hands-on, meticulous, resourceful, proactive, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Scope
As an individual contributor and reporting to a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible in driving the migration of various finance functions to a shared services set up based outside Singapore. You will coordinate month-end and year-end financial closing processes with the SSC and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. You will review existing processes and documentations, engage key stakeholders to gather feedback and align service delivery expectations, define new task allocation within the regional finance team, and work closely with HQ to drive integration of internal control framework into the process design. You will define SLA and ensure processes and KPIs are clearly defined.
You will support the migration activities, including process redesigns and system implementation, and facilitate integration of the processes into the offshore shared services.
