Job Description:
- Baggage Handling & Transport Assistance: Ensure smooth and efficient services in managing guests' luggage and providing transport assistance.
- Guest Support & Complaints Handling: Work closely with the Assistant Manager to address guests' complaints, requests, and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Collaborative Guest Services: Coordinate with the Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter, and Front Office Cashier to ensure a seamless experience for guests during their arrival and departure.
- Guest Relations: Assist house guests and long-staying guests with any inquiries they may have, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Courtesy Calls: Conduct courtesy calls to guests to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns.
- Tourist Information: Stay informed and knowledgeable about tourist-related information to assist guests with travel and sightseeing plans.
- Promotional Materials Management: Maintain and manage the stock of promotional materials needed for daily operations.
