- Able to operate CNC Wirecut machines, Drilling and Inspection equipment
- Responsible for CAD / CAM machine programming to generate parts, jigs and fixtures drawings for production and documentation
- Review customer supplied data and drawings to ensure the information aligns with project requirements and standards.
- Handle production feedback and troubleshoot problems relating to CNC programming and machine in order to ensure parts are produced according to customers' drawings specifications.
- Carry out routine machine maintenance and diagnostics checks
- Production scheduling, maintain and improve production environment
- Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
- Other ad-hoc tasks.
Qualification & Experiences:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the precision machining industry.
- Experience with CAD / CAM Programming
- Knowledge of interpretation of engineering drawing, mechanical industry preferred
- Hard working, overtime is required
- 5.5 days work week from 8.00 am to 5.30 pm.
