Job Scope:
- To carry out engine / generator and its accessories’ commissioning works
- To provide technical support and guidance to major customers in all Asian, South Asia, Oceania, Middle East markets, etc
- To provide technical support and advice to all distributors and service agents
- To render support during installation, commissioning and sea trail support, provide know-how of engines and other equipments
- To provide after sales support on matters relating to warranty, quality and warranty parts
- To liaise and co-ordinate with equipment suppliers (like governor, turbo-charger, air motor, pump, cooler, fuel / lubrication oil, etc.)
- To collect data and compilation into system
- To assist the co-ordination works with our factory for technical meetings, technical training for engineers of distributor or service center as well as individual training matters
- To provide advice to customers to avoid major or minor damages of engines and equipments
- To understand in order to advise modification works done to improve system, design or parts improvement in terms of quality and durability
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hands on engineering work
- Good interpersonal communication skills and customer service
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa
- Singaporean / Singapore PR preferred
- Able to start work immediately is an advantage
- Willing to travel
