The ESG Senior Engineer will support the Manager in driving sustainability initiatives, focusing on reducing CO2 emissions and water consumption. You will manage and report on ESG projects, ensuring compliance with legal standards and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ESG projects to reduce CO2 emissions and water usage, coordinating with team members and contractors.
- Track and report on Improvement Roadmap KPIs, providing regular updates to management.
- Support Carbon Pricing Act compliance and external GHG audits.
- Manage cost budgets for Capex projects and operational expenses.
- Coordinate with government agencies to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Maintain Ecovision system for utilities tracking and anomaly reporting.
- Ensure compliance with performance standards and support site safety programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Gas, Mechanical, Environmental, or related engineering fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor facilities management managing mechanical systems such as cleanrooms, chiller plants, exhaust, and air abatement systems.
- Strong project management skills with experience in energy/GHG reduction initiatives.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Excel, with strong documentation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
