Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Schedule and manage customer appointments efficiently.
Provide exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Handle inventory and order processing.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year customer service and admin experience.
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
