- To have experience working onboard ships or working in a shipyard, minimum 3 years
- To be hold a valid Welder's Certificate
- To be able to read and understand Engineering Drawings
- Shipyard Supervisor certificte is advantageous
- To supervise and organize maintenance and repair works onboard ships
