Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for general on site technical and engineering matters
- Responsible for the execution and successful completion of the project.
- Supervision and management of the project team
- Coordinate Builder's Work, to ensure quality control as well as compliance with drawings, completion on time.
- Liaising and coordinating with all parties.
- Overall projects planning, schedulling, monitoring and updating to meet targets.
- Ensuring site safety and work environment safe
- Other adhoc assigned
Job Requirements
- Teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School or above qualifications such as Diploma in Architecture / Building Construction related.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field in residential projects is required for this position.
