Job Summary
This position is responsible for building quality products in a timely manner and in accordance to the Company’s/Customer’s requirements.
Job Responsibilities
· Perform Electrical, Mechanical (Module Assembly or Integration) and general assemblies for both in-house or customer products according to Work Instructions/Manuals or Engineering drawings
· Participates in continuous improvement activities to increase productivity or reduce defects
· Provides input to engineering to improve assembly processes or equipment where required
· Provides service and customer support during field visits or dispatches (local and overseas) where required
· Ensures a clean, safe and hazard free work place
People Requirements
· Minimum ITE/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechantronic Engineering
· Minimum 4 years hands-on experience in equipment/machine assembly for the senior role
· Able to read and interprete drawings and work instructions
· Comfortable in hands on assembly and troubleshooting work
· Some travel may be required
