Role Purpose

Singapore is one of the 3 markets globally where the revamped proposition for Premier, also commonly referred to as Premier 3.0, is set to launch in Sep’24. This role will be responsible to support the smooth launch, qualitative & quantitative tracking pre- and post-launch, incorporating customer and frontline feedback into the design for tweaks where necessary, and meeting the KPIs of Premier as laid down in the FRP exercise. Key stakeholders that will need to be engaged regularly by the role holder include but are not limited to – Distribution teams, Product teams (including teams from IWS, HSBC Life & AMC), D&A and Marketing.

Principal Accountabilities: Key activities and decision-making areas

  • Review and share competitive offering frequently and equip Distribution teams to showcase the uniqueness of Premier 3.0 proposition and ‘best-in-class’ client experience.
  • Develop client centric bundled offerings to drive product cross-sell and client stickiness.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to develop and commercialize Premier 3.0 capabilities end to end client journeys for acquisition and cross-sell – both digital and non-digital.
  • Design, launch and optimize creative Marketing and Communication strategies for the Premier 3.0 launch in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze the Premier client portfolio and design segmentation strategy to deliver Premier 3.0 propositions optimally.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in retail banking with client segment strategy / propositions / product management
  • Good understanding of segments (mass affluent, affluent, emerging affluent etc.) and personas (investors, expats, international students etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of Affluent business landscapes, business trends, technology and digital trends
  • Strong and resourceful problem solver who can manage issues including project related defects working with the various partners
