Key Responsibilities:
• Transaction Processing: Efficiently process client transactions, including account adjustments, reconciliations, and settlements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank standards.
• Document Management: Manage and file banking documents and reports, maintaining confidentiality and organization for easy retrieval and compliance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and laws to prevent violations of compliance guidelines.
• Risk Management: Support risk management tasks by helping to identify and report any anomalies or discrepancies that might pose risks to the bank.
• Data Entry and Verification: Perform precise data entry and verification tasks to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the bank’s databases and systems.
• Support and Collaboration: Provide essential support to senior operations staff, contributing to team efforts and projects as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness within the back office environment.
