Job Training Provided
Location: Geylang Bahru
Working Day: 5 Days work week
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30AM – 6PM; Friday: 8.30AM – 5.30PM
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Generate and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and approval.
- Ensure billing is timely to avoid backlogs and bad debts.
- Perform compliance checks on billing and payments.
- Address billing errors quickly and inform the public.
- Manage arrears, monitor payments, and handle late fees.
- Keep records of tenant communications and follow up on late payments.
- Handle ad hoc billing and track arrears accurately.
- Coordinate with banks on payment issues and follow write-off procedures.
Requirements:
- Singaporean Only
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any relevant discipline. Entry level are welcomed to apply.
