Responsibilities:
- Manage M&E work with specialist sub-contractor and M&E coordinators
- Monitor the progress of work
- Supervise / preparation of shop drawings, as-built M&E drawings and O&M manual
- Manage and supervise in the administration / inspection of M&E work, handover of M&E services
- Ensure compliance with requirements of various authorities and specifications
- Coordinate technical issues with M&E consultants
- Coordinate all site matters with structural and architectural trades
Requirements:
- Relevant Degree recognized by PEB
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Analytical, organized and possess strong planning skills
- Excellent project and time management abilities
- An effective communicator and has strong interpersonal skills
- Highly driven and able to work under minimum supervision
