Job description
In your new role you will:
- Forecast and confirm capacity reservations at assigned foundries to meet business requirements.
- Oversee operational performance monitoring such as yield, cycle time, line stability, CLIP, delivery performance etc. and driving improvement measure implementation.
- Responsible for implementing and validating correction for operation deviation.
- Lead the PCRB (process change review board) for process changes.
- Manage customer returns or fab excursion task and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely case resolution.
- Coordinate and support new tape-out activities for business units.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Min. Master / bachelor’s degree in Physics, Material Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalents.
- Min. 5 – 8 years of related working experience in the semiconductor industry in areas of process integration, module, wafer sorting, product and customer service engineering or other related fab experience.
- Prior experience in IC design would be a plus.
- A strong team player with experience in multicultural work environment.
- High level of English proficiency for presenting and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- A keen sense of risk assessment to evaluate and make decisions while balancing benefits and risks and recommending feasible proposal.
- Effectively translate senior management’s directives into a detailed plan and ensuring their implementation accordingly.
