Responsibilities & Duties
· Respond to members’ requests in a respectful and timely manner via counter visits, emails and telephone calls
· Evaluate members’ credit worthiness
· Advise members on loan eligibility and how to maximise savings opportunities
· Process and approve loans
· Process savings applications
· Expand and retain membership base
· Participate in recruitment of new members
· Update members’ particulars
· Update website and social media platforms
· Archive documents digitally
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma from a recognised institution in a finance related field
· At least 3 years’ experience in finance related positions
· Experience in consumer loans will be an added advantage
· Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills
