Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate user research activities to gather feedback on new enhancement for organization's Platform.
- Support in the continual user story refinement for accurate and up-to-date requirement documentations.
- Support innovation platform development process and operations such as UAT, Live Verification etc.
- Manage the onboarding of new solutions onto the innovation marketplace.
- Manage and collate of statistics and reporting on product health, management reporting and project progress.
- Manage documentation of operational processes and procedures related to the digital platform.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the end-to-end innovation processes and workflows put in place.
Key Requirements:
- Only Singaporean may apply.
- Degree in Business Management/Computer Science or any related field.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in using Microsoft Ecel, Power BI/Tableau for data entry purpose (creating graphs).
