Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone calls, emails, faxes, etc.).
· Liaise, acknowledge and solve customer requests or complaints within stipulated timeline.
· Liaise with local and overseas suppliers to check stock availability, pricing, and delivery deadlines.
· Liaise with procurement department for enquiry, order, shipment etc.
· Liaise with shipping department for import and export shipments.
· Liaise with warehouse department to prepare shipment.
· Perform daily tasks include preparing quotations, processing order, backorder tracking, quotation tracking, preparing invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
· Follow-up quotations, payments.
· Prepare contract review, tender files and tender documents.
· Understand products range in general.
· Perform other admin duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· At least GCE “O” levels or equivalent
· At least 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service or Sales
· Fresh Grads are also welcomed
· Experience in handling overseas suppliers/ customers
· Customer Service oriented and have a great sense of urgency
· Able to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment.
· Able to work independently as well as in a team
