Responsibilities:
- Manages the accounting team who are in charge of both Inbound and Outbound Department.
- Ensures complete, accurate & timely submission of all Management reports of the all statutory reports required by the government.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies, regulations, and internal controls
- Perform analysis, budgeting, planning & back-office support functions to ensure the success of the business.
- Liaise with Corporate Secretary to ensure timely submission of audited financial statements for ACRA filing and preparation of Directors’ Resolution.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 5 years in Accounting / Finance, 5 years of which should be in a Management position.
- Knowledgeable in Government statutory reports
- With proven ability to produce results and manage company resources very well
