Job Description:
- Daily basis process trade-related transactions accurately, and ensure work accomplishment in strict compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures.
- Trade Documents vetting and assist with Vessel checks
- Ability to monitor the incoming/outgoing activities and reconcile periodically throughout the day.
- Updating the trade transaction status and/or routing trade transaction operational issues.
- Ability to identify and provide operational solutions to potential bottlenecks in daily operations.
- To assist in admin duties such as dispatch of documents, preparation of documents to scan hub, registration of bills, and manual name screenings
- Contribute to various processes and other projects as allocated.
- Perform FMF checks and be familiar with AML-related issues
- You will also need to assist in any other ad-hoc duties/admin and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma of relevant discipline
