Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and support.
- Manage sales tracking and reporting tools and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with Internal parties to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client or visitor issues or concerns.
- Coordinate tasks and deadlines with team members.
- Provide general administrative support to executives and staff including data entry, report preparation, and research.
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Manage filing systems, both physical and digital. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping compliance.
- Troubleshoot basic IT/Website issues and coordinate with IT support if needed.
- Maintain and update office databases and systems
- Prepare ISO/Project documentation and status reports.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Nitec, ‘N or O’ Level or Diploma Cert.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
- Independent& customer service-oriented
- Working 5 days’ week.
- Must be able to communicate both in English and Mandarin.
