We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in digital transformation projects, particularly within the finance or insurance domains. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile methodologies and will be proficient in Jira and Confluence for effective project collaboration and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital initiatives in finance or insurance.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure that project requirements align with business goals and objectives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage project backlogs, document workflows, and track progress.
- Support the product development lifecycle from initiation through to delivery.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to improve processes, workflows, and customer experience.
- Assist in the creation of business process models, diagrams, and user documentation.
- Identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the final product meets business expectations.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation projects, preferably in finance or insurance sectors.
- Proven experience working in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
