- Reporting and updating of daily KPI for ASEAN
- Managing and resolving customers complaints
- Collating and updating of various logistics information (Warehouse productivity, stock ageing, costs etc)
- Verifying invoice cost on warehouse, inbound/outbound cost
- Verifying ad-hoc cost for shipment invoices (DHL/Fedex)
- Updating and summarising incoming shipment report, inbound movement report and outbound shipment report
- Requesting for quotations from freight forwarders for both import and export shipment
- Cycle Counting using SAP to check physical stock using warehouse counts
- Coordinating monthly billings and subsequently hosting monthly department meeting
- Communication and coordination with leading logistics service providers and warehouse employees
- Other ad-hoc tasks may assigned
