Job Description:
- Identify and target new customers and segments, focusing specifically on the Bakery Segment within Singapore.
- Manage and oversee customer accounts and relationships within your portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the entire journey, including solution development, order processing, fulfillment, and billing.
- Partner with the Commercial and Marketing teams to implement new product launches, campaigns, and promotions for your clients.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and provide feedback on market trends.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant sales experience, with expertise in specific food categories (e.g., baking ingredients, dairy) or a broad knowledge across multiple categories.
- Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
- Passionate about food!
- Experienced with foodservice customers.
- Self-driven with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
