- Position Title: Senior Business Development Director
- Working Location: Nearest MRT – Outram Park
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.30 am – 6.30 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $10,000 + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and maintain regular contact with existing prospects through emails, calls, meetings, and other communication methods.
- Present strategic proposals to senior decision-makers within brands and agencies.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the communications industry and agency market.
- Identify potential areas for expansion and develop strategies for business growth.
- Create and implement a targeted long-term new business strategy.
- Produce weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue/target management and compile end-of-month reports on revenue and market performance.
- Achieve set targets to meet revenue expectations.
- Collaborate closely with the social media team to craft bespoke campaigns for relevant prospects.
- Maximize networking opportunities through regular participation in conferences, events, and trade shows to enhance brand awareness and establish a broader network of contacts.

- At least 6 years of experience in Business Development, New Business, or Account Management, particularly within the media, marketing, and communications sectors.
- Degree-level education or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and face-to-face.
- Proficient in consultative sales techniques.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to thrive when working autonomously.
- Significant experience in a marketing, agency, or media environment with a deep understanding and passion for the industry.
