Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and drive strategic engineering initiatives particularly in relation to Quality, Cost, Productivity improvement.
- Lead NPI and Product Transfer Projects to successful completion
- Initiate value engineering projects to enhance operational capabilities to meet new business needs and raise operational efficiency
- Work closely with cross functional teams to understand engineering related issues in order to provide effective solutions
- Improve site Safety through hazard identification and prevention
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in Lifesciences/Biotech/Medical manufacturing environment
- Project Management experience
